$54,500 to $70,000 as a rental
This deck configuration will effectively cover your 40 x 50′ booth space while leaving plenty of open space on the floor to mingle. Add an overhead hanging sign to finish it off ($3000.00). As with all of our rentals, we’ll store your graphics free of charge until your next show. So if you spend $15,000.00 to really brand this exhibit and can use the same graphics again, the following show will only cost $54,500.00.
The panels in front of the stairs can be a full graphic or a large LCD. We add slatwall or shelving for some clients.
Don’t like the look of the large railing graphics. We can remove them and place graphics on the plexi panels.
We’ll provide carpet as a part of the price for the upstairs area. Downstairs, because some clients choose to place the deck in 20 x 50 spaces (meaning there’s a variable) we can quote a carpet & pad or you can rent from the show.
Drayage. This is a charge the show contractor charges to transport and store exhibit hardware.
Electrical order: You’ll place this through the show. A form should be in your show manual. It’s often labeled “FAQ sheet”.
Daily cleaning: This is optional, of course, but helps keep your booth looking fresh. We recommend it. This also is ordered through the show.
